The ZP-1 grade coating consists of two components and is supplied in the form of dry powder and liquid binder.
The coating components are mixed immediately before use in a powder to binder ratio of 60:40, respectively.
The ZP-2 grade coating is supplied in the form of dry powder and is produced immediately before use in a powder to water ratio of 78:22, respectively.
The powder included in the coating of all grades shall not contain any foreign inclusions.
The ZP-1 grade coating acquires operational characteristics after preliminary drying at a temperature of at least 150 °C for one day, the coating of the ZP-2 grade acquires operational characteristics after firing at a temperature of 1,100 °C.
