Fireclay thermal insulation products
Refractory and highly refractory lightweight thermal insulation products are used in the working (unprotected) furnace lining not exposed to melts, abrasion forces and mechanical impacts, or in the intermediate (protected) insulation.

Note to the table:
1. It is allowed to manufacture products of the MKRT-0.8 grade with a compressive strength of at least 2.0 N/mm2; products of the MKRT-0.7 grade with a compressive strength of at least 2.0 N/mm2.
2. For ShT-1.3, ShTU-1.3, ShT-1.1, ShT-1.0, ShT-0.9, ShTT-0.6, ShT-0.5 and ShT-0.4 grades, the mass fraction of Al2O3 and the classification temperature are determined at the customer’s request. For MKRT-0.7 and MKRT-0.8 grades, the classification temperature is determined at the customer’s request.
3. It is allowed to manufacture ShT-1.0 grade shaped products of complex configuration with a compressive strength of NLT 2.0 N/mm2.
4. For ShT-1.3, ShTU-1.3, ShT-1.1, ShT-1.0, ShT-0.9, ShTT-0.6, ShT-0.5 and ShT-0.4 grades, it is allowed, by agreement of the parties, to establish other values of the product physical and chemical parameters.
5. A reduction in the compressive strength value by 0.5 N/mm2 is permitted for products of ShT-1.3, ShTU-1.3, ShT-1.1, ShT-1.0, ShT-0.9, ShTT-0.6, ShT-0.5 and MKRT-0.8 grades with dimensions exceeding 250 mm x 124 mm x 75 mm in at least two parameters.
6. It is allowed to manufacture products of the ShTT-0.6 grade with a mass fraction of Fe2O3 NMT 2.0%; products of the MKRT-0.8 grade with a mass fraction of Fe2O3 NMT 2.5%.
7. It is allowed to determine the residual change in dimensions at a temperature of 1,250 °C for MKRT-0.7 grade products.

The shape and dimensions of products according to GOST 8691, the shape and dimensions of products according to the customer drawings shall be agreed upon between the manufacturer and the consumer.
Grades: ShT-1.3, ShTU-1.3, ShT-1.1, ShT-1.0, ShT-0.9: Nos. 1-5,7,8,9-19, 20-30, 31, 32, 33-39, 41, 44--50, 51-59 - dimensions according to GOST 8691.
Grades: ShT-1.3, ShTU-1.3, ShT-1.0: NT 122, 136, 137, 138, 139, NT 145-153, (exceptionally complex shape) – special orders according to customer drawings.
Grades: ShT-1.3, ShTU-1.3: Nos. 6, 103-109 - dimensions according to GOST 8691.
Grades: MKRT-0.7, MKRT-0.8: Nos. 5, 6, 8, 17, 22, 23, 44, 45, 47, 48 - dimensions according to GOST 8691.
Grades: ShTT-0.6: Nos. 5, 6, 8, 17, 22, 23, 44, 45, 47, 48 - dimensions according to GOST 8691.
Grades: ShT-0.4, ShT-0.5, ShT-0.6: Nos. 5, 6, 8, 17, 22, 23, 44, 45, 47, 48 - dimensions according to GOST 8691.
