Physical and chemical parameters
Depending on the composition of the refractory ceramic glass fibre, modules are divided into grades:

Note to the table:
1. Refractory ceramic glass fibre of Ceraterm Blanket (1260) and Ceraterm Blanket (1425) grades manufactured by Sukhoy Log Refractories JSC in accordance with regulatory documents for this type of product.
2. The rated apparent density of Ceraterm Block (1260), Ceraterm Block (1425) modules shall have the following values, kg/m3: 160; 180; 200. The rated apparent density of Ceraterm Block S (1260), Ceraterm Block S (1425) modules shall have the following values, kg/m3: 160.
3. When manufacturing Ceraterm Block S (1260), Ceraterm Block S (1425) modules, polypropylene twine is used for stitching.

The module type shall correspond to figures 1,2,3,4. It is allowed to manufacture another type of module, which shall be agreed upon between the manufacturer and the consumer.

It is allowed to manufacture modules of other shapes, sizes, and apparent density according to customer drawings, which shall be agreed upon between the manufacturer and the consumer.
The difference between two identical dimensions for one module shall not exceed 10 mm.
The modules are manufactured both with an anchor fastening system (anchoring) – T, M, and without an anchor fastening system. The anchoring is made of heat-resistant or refractory steel; the steel grade shall be agreed upon between the manufacturer and the consumer.

How to order
To place an order for the product supply, please do the following:
- On your company's letterhead, fill out an application, which shall include:
- name of the requested product (or technical specifications thereof),
- required amount,
- estimated delivery time,
- contact details.
- When ordering non-standard products (according to drawings), please attach the drawings of the requested product and indicate the dimensional tolerances.
