Refractory and highly refractory products for lining rotary kilns
The products are intended for lining the preparation, cooling and unloading zones of rotary kilns in the cement industry and in other sectors.
Product grade features:
MKTs - mullite corundum, used for lining the cooling zone and transition sections of furnaces with a diameter of 4 m or more.
MLTs - mullite, used for lining the cooling zone and transition sections of furnaces with a diameter of 4 m or more.
MKRTs - mullite silica, used for lining the cooling zone and transition sections of furnaces with a diameter of 4 m or more.
ShTsU - fireclay compacted, used for lining cooling and chain zones, transition sections and refrigerators.
ShTsS – medium-density fireclay, used for lining dehydration, calcination and heating zones.
ShTsL – 1.3 – lightweight fireclay with an apparent density of 1.3 g/cm3, used for lining calcination and dehydration zones.

Note to the table: for Ural plants, it is permitted to manufacture products of the ShTsU grade with a refractoriness of at least 1,690° C and an open porosity NMT 22%; of the ShTsS grade - with a refractoriness of at least 1,650° C, an open porosity of NMT 28% and a compressive strength of at least 15 N/mm2.

Grades: MKTs, MLTs, MKRTs, ShTsS, ShTsU, ShTsL -1.3: Nos. 1–5 – end double-sided wedge; Nos. 16, 17, 18, 28, 29 – neck double-sided wedge.
