Quality Management System
At Sukhoy Log Refractories JSC, the quality management system compliant with the ISO 9001 international standard has been developed, implemented and is successfully operating. Through this system, we can ensure the production and supply of products that fully comply with both regulatory requirements and the expectations of our customers.
In April 2023, a successful recertification audit was conducted at the DKS RUS certification body, accredited by the International Accreditation Forum (IAF). Following the audit, the company received a certificate of conformity of the quality management system to the ISO 9001:2015 standard from DKS RUS. This certificate confirms the compliance of our management system with international standards and serves as a guarantee of consistently high quality of products and services.
Quality Policy
The quality policy is the basis for the functioning and improvement of the Sukhoy Log Refractories JSC quality management system.
Our company considers the Quality Policy as the basis for its further development in accordance with the requirements and expectations of stakeholders (consumers, shareholders, employees, suppliers, partners, organizations, etc.).
