We understand that the efficiency of the thermal generating unit is pivotal to cement production. Our thermal insulation products help cement manufacturers reduce energy consumption, emissions, and downtime, while enhancing productivity and product stability.
Depending on the operating conditions, we are willing to offer state-of-the-industry dry refractory concrete mixtures, low-cement or cement-free mixtures, self-flow concrete mixtures, and mixtures intended for shotcrete.
Concrete mixtures of our own make are available in various compositions, densities and with different installation methods. They can be used both in working and thermal insulation layers of thermal generating unit linings.
We have developed a line of concrete mixtures containing silicon carbide specifically for the cement industry. Linings made through the use of these mixtures are marked by high abrasive resistance and resistance to alkaline corrosion.
Our moulded dense fireclay and high-alumina refractory products meet high technical requirements and have proven themselves in the lining of thermal generating units for cement production.
Ceramic refractory fibre products prove an excellent thermal insulation solution owing to their outstanding thermal performance, light weight, and ease of installation.
